As a feature-rich App, TD Bank’s mobile wallet product required user-friendly, step-by-step instructions for consumers to follow. Armed with a very small budget, we hired a freelance editor to help create more than one dozen “how to” videos that are currently available on YouTube and in the App Store. We also created fun Facebook and Instagram and ads aimed at this tech-savvy audience.
